Each Application MUST include the Following:
- $60 Non-Refundable Application Fee
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of State photo ID or valid Drivers License
- Copy of the two most recent paycheck stubs
- Copy of most recent W2
- $350 & up administrative fee (non-refundable) due upon approval/lease signing
Self employed applicants must also include:
- Copy of 2 years recent tax return
- Copy of recent bank statement
